Shipping and Returns
Returns for online and store purchases are for store credit or exchange only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Snazzy Chics Boutique within 3 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please package them inside another box to ensure there is no damage to the original shoebox.
Please note: No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued, unless there is a mistake on our behalf, online credit or exchange only.
Our inventory is limited to ensure our customer has a variety of styles to choose from. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange will still be available when we receive your return. If we no longer have a size or item you need, a store credit will automatically be issued.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, it must be reported within 3 days of the purchase date. Please email us immediately at email@example.com, Attn: Website Orders and include full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item. Please do not return damaged merchandise without contacting the store first.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. There is a $5 shipping rate on all orders that will arrive Priority USPS which you will generally receive within 3-4 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Shipping on Returns/Exchanges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All jewelry, bags, and sale items are final sale.
